We’re thrilled to introduce our first custom home project in Twelve Oaks subdivision in Mt. Washington, Kentucky. Twelve Oaks is located in Bullitt County, approximately seven miles south of Gene Snyder Freeway, directly adjacent to Bardstown Road.
The covered front porch with prominent columns was inspired by the elegant Southern Antebellum mansions.
The lot is a fall-away, which allows us to build a walk-out basement to the backside of the property. This particular feature has created the ability for maximizing outdoor living space, with a covered second-level balcony and a covered first-level patio facing the rear. A wooded area surrounds the backside of the property, affording a private setting amongst nature.
